How can I pay for my order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

Due to our fast shipping process, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double check your order before placing it to avoid any potential disappointment.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Unfortunately, many or our items are limited edition and will not be restocked.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination within Canada. Please visit our shipping page for more details.

What address can we use for shipping?

The item can only be shipped to a Canadian mailing address (no postal boxes).

How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change that order. Please verify your personal and shipping information before submitting your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Go to My Account and enter your username and password.

Do you ship internationally?

We only accept orders to be shipped within Canada (no postal boxes).

My tracking number shows that my package should have been delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do now?

Please check all areas where a delivery may have taken place (community mailbox, front desk of an apartment building). If the order has not been found, please email Pilsnersupport@molsoncoors.com with your Old Style Pilsner order number for further assistance.

RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?

Old Style Pilsner will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund when accompanied by a paper copy of the original sale confirmation email within 30 days of receiving your items. Please note, all sale and clearance items are considered FINAL SALE.

How do I exchange an item?

PROMOTIONS
How do I use a promotion/coupon code?

To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Shopping Cart page during the Checkout process. Be sure to enter the coupon code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Cart and Order Summary pages. If the coupon code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping cart, a discount will not be applied.

Can I apply a promotion/coupon code after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, promotion/coupon codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Your coupon can be saved for your next purchase.
