RETURNS & REFUNDS

Changed your mind? No problem!

Old Style Pilsner will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund when accompanied by a paper copy of the original sale confirmation email within 30 days of receiving your items. Please note, all sale and clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not able to be returned.

The following items are not included in OUR refund policy and will not be refunded:

- Socks, leggings and hosiery

- Swimwear

- Jewelry

- Gift cards and gift receipts

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Old Style Pilsner is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong shipping address.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email address we have on file. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

Old Style Pilsner reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.

ISSUING YOUR RETURN

To request a return, please e-mail us at Pilsnersupport@molsoncoors.com within 30 days of your purchase with the reason for your return. Please do not return your package before contacting our Customer Care team. Return instructions will be issued immediately.

Please ensure all returned product(s) are in their original, unused condition. Include a copy of the original sale confirmation email with the returned package.

Please note: All shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer.

Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund if the item(s) are defective, worn or damaged. If a return is deemed unacceptable, it may be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

Orders that have had multiple failed delivery attempts will be returned to sender. Orders are returned to Old Style Pilsner c/o Duplium in Toronto, Canada. This may occur in instances when:

- The addressee has provided an incorrect or non-existent address

- The item is refused by the addressee

- The addressee has not picked up their package from a pre-designated pick-up point after a certain number of business days set by the shipping carrier

Old Style Pilsner will not cover shipping fees on orders that come back to our location as Return to Sender. You will be charged an additional shipping fee to have your order resent to you.

To ensure you do not miss delivery attempts, monitor the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
